Fished last 3 days hard using my Ole 4 ft Ugly stick and minners'
Streams finally fished well today dropping but still moving nice.
Had some luck today got a nice bow and a 18 in gold fishie'.
Landed over 9 doz fish in 3 days pellet heads can be fun!
Getting goldie out from under a tree on that lil' rod got my adrenaline going as much as stellies!
Saw many kids out catching fish good to see them out having fun and "teachin" me what ther' hitin!
Never saw a kernel of corn but they were taking minnows and spinners.
Holiday weekenders should have fun hope theres  few left afterwards!
Next time I go out its with a fly rod whipping drys  and puttem back....

Yeah got lucky-put the biggest minnow I had on and 1st cast he came out from under tree and inhaled it.Had another one come up out of a deep hole later and hit my minnow but didn't get the hook into em.
