Was wondering if anyone fished Arthur Lake and could offer advice as to how to catch the Largemouth in the waters. I've been fishing the North Shore with no luck. I have tried plastic worms and tubes but again to no avail. Also, I should mention that I am fishing the waters edge - I don't know anyone with a boat but would love the opportunity to get out on the lake into some of the deeper waters

If you are fishing "lake arthur" north of rt80, you aren't actually on Lake Arthur.  =p

There are some answers in your Southwest dupe of this post.

Large mouths are on their beds I wouldn't suggest targeting them until they come in season.

You could try some crank baits, Buzzbaits, and basic lures like you have. sent a pm on shore locations

All but one of the bass we caught today while panfishing appeared to be chasing blue gills in shoreline brush.

Caught a mixed bag of fish today. Trolled hot n tots, shad raps, and few dd huskys. Seemed like the fish were shallow, especially windward points and inside bends were most productive. Landed 3 largemouths trolling and dragging worm harnesses, all on beds, females still fat with eggs. 7-11 were best depths. 4 walleye one keeper.
