As I get ready to head out for some more winter fun today I wish to go back and explain a little about yesterdays post I made..
After being awake for more then 24 hrs and sitting in a shack during a white out I came home exhausted and a little light headed for sure..
When I meant the discussions depress me, in some ways they do.. It's starting to wear on me how often we (myself included) discuss about crowding, trash, snaggers, access and ethics of the tribs.. The light is starting to burn dim as to why I. personally, chose to fish in such conditions.. Again , it's just me and my sanity does not need to catch "big" fish to have a good time fishing.. The tribs get so much pressure and so many things point in the wrong direction that I'm finding myself wanting to fish in such places less and less.. As Clint said "it's more then just catching" it's the experience of fishing that I enjoy so why put myself through the anguish (for me)..
I also posted that I will most likely drop out of the discussion for awhile.. That is because I wont be fishing those waters for a while so I really wont have any pertinent information to add..
I really don't understand why those that do wouldn't keep adding their reports and discussion to their adventures.. Like said, it's the reports and pictures that lift my spirits..
Anyway....... Have fun doing what makes one happy, Have a Great Christmas and a Happy New Year..
Gotta run, the shanty is calling..
Peace & Tuna
