Well, we are looking at a couple inches of snow tonite in NW Jersey.  Much less than what Fox News was scaring everbody here all week.  A fellow worker's Dad who regularly fishes Lake Erie gave us 10 lbs of Walleye fillet.  Pulled out the rocket engine,  Chicken wing fryer and fried them up in a beer batter at the local watering hole in Whippany.   Threw in 5 lbs of Lupo's Char Pit Spiedie along with some MacnCheese!   A good afternoon with friends, family and beer!  The Walleye  and Spiedie were a hit.
Does not appear I will hit the ice around here this year, so maybe a trip to Pulaski may be in the works for March Madness.
 

All I can say is......yummy!

While fishing the SR Sunday I did say to my kid that I'm getting a little burned out but I'm still chugging along on this ice road. Hope you make it out of the cabin and wet a line
