I'll take intelligence over BS any day.  Someone who won 4 bronze stars, taught at West Point and had a stellar record in Congress and earned a Phd from Cornell is a good candidate in my book. I don't want some dumb azz populist outlier like Trump as Governor.   If you read one of Chris Gibson's books you might have a different view.  Any politician visiting your plant is walking on eggs as it's considered one of the worst polluters on the Hudson and lots want it closed.
Trevor, the Canadian Rockies are incredible. I've been to Banff, Jasper and Wood Buffalo. Give yourself a real treat and do a trip on the Bow River.  One of the best trout rivers in the world.  In the summer, the critters head higher, but the wildlife is still abundant. I went in May one year when everything from Caribou to  Bighorns , Moose, Mountain Goats and lots of bears were down in the valleys. It was very much a drive through zoo. I was hoping for a trip to Cape Breton this summer to salmon fish on the Margaree, but it looked kind of restrictive crossing the border with long quarantines.  I hope this changes for your sake. Are you  flying to Calgary?

Yes - into Calgary in August--I hope---
Its a group trip and contingent on those restrictions being lifted.

Hey- my mother in law used to live on Cape Breton Island in Nova Scotia  vacationed there for a couple of weeks for many summers.
They had a camp up on Loc Lomond ( sp?) her husband  and I fished every day for native brookies in places with no trails and no footprints with beaver pools and pristine conditions that only the natives knew -GREAT
Also fished the loc for Atlantics.
In late Summer they had what they called the 'strawberry run' of brookies from salt water along the coast where their house was.
Some streams would load up with fish and no one else around.
Used to buy our little flys on those cardboard sheets with about 18 bugs for a dollar, made no difference what ya threw they hit everything.

The only place I've ever caught salters. We hiked into a place called Fishing Cove which had a brookie stream running into the Northumberland Strait. I caught  silvery brookies 100 feet in from the salt, and pollock in the cove. Ate the fish with tons of wild blueberries for dessert. Heaven on Earth. I'm hoping, the restrictions lift for both of us.

I'm saying, BS usually outweighs file and ranks one might read on a resume

Still sketchy grammar.  I think Chris can write a little more clearly than you.
