It was not bust by my means, but a waste of sorts. I had the whole side to myself until 0800 and there were only 2 others on the other side. Never more than a handful of people. It was by far the most productive spot yielding about 12 fish on by 1300. All but 1 came before 1000. Of the fish on there were 3 in the net. 3 were probably foul hooked, but I never found out as I really don't chase them. It was just a pick, no specific pattern or size. I did find a piece of pink chenille in the bottom of my bag and use some 4# test to secure it to a hook and by gosh got a male to chomp it, LOL. As usual there is usually one downer per trip, there were three guys above me and they were spread out. They (he in particular) would not allow two guys to share one spot when there was easily enough room. He kept on saying ''this stretch only fishes 3''. Evidently he has not fished in November or December. The two kids who were really clueless then proceeded to fish above the wire for an hour (hooking up multiple times ), when someone finally went up and told them they were indeed Clueless as to what the wire was.
