Just wanted to take a minute and wish everyone a Merry Christmas. It was a great year got to finally have the opertunity to meet some of you guys and was able to share some water with you. I look forward to doing it and again in the New Year.

Same to you and yours, Wayne; and to all. Meeting you  and your Dad was one of the highlights of the fall for me, the fishing itself was pretty miserable. Hope we can get out for some smallies in the spring.

Got out to the Grand River yesterday and overall the catching was very slow,I managed to land one and lose one and saw no one else have any action but there were few fishing.I decided to dust off my spin noodle outfit and rigged it with a lure from the past....the floating jighead....and that was all I used.Wanted to really explore some water that had NO people in sight but my darn back was aching and I was n't up to it.If the deep freeze holds off I may get out again.
Hope the coming year is FAR better on the SR than this one.
