Went up at 0730 and left at 1000 Got 3 on before 0900 and then it totally died. It was like that for everyone except the guys up above me and they got nill.  
 
The fish I had on were good fighters and since I was the only one there I did not chase (I usually try not to anyway). Fish were into the backing more than once, get them back and see the net and run like a bastad again.
 
Of the 10 guy around 3 on my side and 7 on the other. Not one guy across from me had a net, same s yesterday, just beach and kick up on shore. No I have beached fish but I try not to kick them and let them flop if possible, defiantly do not kick them OT and in the water 

On a good note I finally dislodged a HUGE line ball. There must be 25 flies in it, not to mention the lead and swivels. I saw at least 3 of my flesh in the snarl.

i almost always have a net for trout, almost never for salmon.. It's just habit I guess..  Tend to like holding them in the net to calm down in water then lift for the Hero shot when fishing with another... I do like pasting my walls with memories.. If I'm solo then usually no pic..
 
Yea this crap snow was like concrete Gerry. We make cement and it's powder.. lol.. I'm soaked and mud head to toe..

Turkey day was at our house this year and wife didn't care if I fished in morning so took two buddies and headed up. Only one other boat was seen all day though fisherman were every where. Day started slow and we didn't get a crackdown till the trestle.
Nice hen was landed.

Wayne it was on my ''upper '' rock. The upper one fishes better especially in water above 500

Very nice both clint and john. I took the boy out this morning. Water that I chose was not quite ready yet... But the solitude and time with the boy was worth the ride... Happy thanksgiving
