the presentation of flatfish in the water seems to me like they would make steelhead really angry, and was wondering if anyone knew if the were worth buying to throw in the creeks.

Casting flatfish in the lake or streams can be highly effective in the fall. The sizes I personally use to do this are the f4 and f7 in silver and 
fluorescent red. Swinging them in the streams in the fall and early winter can also be effective and make for a very aggressive grab. TIGHT LINES !

Yes they can work, same with ko wobblers, kastmasters and little Cleo's.

thanks for the help, i am getting tired of the passive bites, and was looking to find something that makes them angry enough to be aggressive, seems i found it, thanks.
