Chauncy  I was out all day Tuesday and the ice thinned a good 3 inches. We left at dark and about 6 inches was left. Yesterdays rain and todays temp and there can't be much left. It doesn't look good for walking on water this season until we can have a boat between us and the water.

Looking to head up to Jamestown launch area tomorrow’. Anybody know how the shoreline is in that area? PM me if you don’t want to post publicly.

 Jamestown is 12* now feels like 6* going down 11*. Heard a few guys getting out with planks earlier but can't confirm. Stay safe, hope someone can give a better 1st hand report than me going off  hearsay. Don't know how accurate this site is...

 A couple ov these had eggs also. The Eye eggs good eats?? Never tried 'em.

 Tim, funny you say that. Ever since I was a kid 'till presently had vivid dreams ov pulling fish with rod right through the back yards grass like ice fishin' (weird). Kid did bring home a Humminbird 998c & 999ci hd today so might have to scan it just in case I'm missing something.
