I have it rigged for gray water Sink and shower to go to a holding tank and use it for watering the flowers.
The black water (toilet) goes to an internal holding tank that will be pumped and disposed of by a waste company.

Lucky I remember when 13 started to really get built up with rite aid, Kinney, the new PNC which is now topps along with widening the road and various other structures. Now Byrne dairy and fx caprara... Always was disappointed to see stuff getting built up. Now all of the cabins and new homes... Talk of a 50+ unit for retired folks out on Hinman... The country is diminishing for sure. I always expressed sorrow for the water sheds where I grew up and how they were depleted entirely from development with no holds barred. Its a sad reality for sure. The eel kill has always concerned me though.that water gets nasty after they do it.

I don't know, 2B and I had some of the worst food we have ever eaten at C+M.  It was our sense that the locals stopped going there in Late August and stayed away until after Salmon Season, as the owner switched to the lowest price ingredients he could find.  We do miss Frick and Frack, down 11 a short distance from the Collasse cheese store.  Not going to get written up in "Gourmet", but righteous food at righteous prices, and open very early.

Bear, why not just set up a rain barrel for collection with a small tank and a hand pump to move the water from the barrel up to the feed tank?   You would still have to haul water in the winter, but for a simple system like you are describing, a well will have considerable costs when the pump and feed are included and will likely have to be dropped for the winter anyway.

My biggest qualm with the diner being gone is the light that it casts in the sky. Now fx caprara took it to a whole new level of straight up light pollution. And even now off the rural tinker tavern exit which has no commercial businesses, the tail water has put up a big billboard with two bright lights shining up in the sky. :(
