Just talked to the operations manager.  He said the area around the launch and the old earthen docks was dredged to keep a depth of at least four feet during normal pool.  Wasn't enough money to do the whole marina.  The ramp was re graded and they have a little more work to do in the parking lot.  All will be ready by opening day, April 1st
