Love this PI Bay Perch day picture of my son on 3/17/12.  Dont think we will be out on the boat that early in 2013! 

Here is a nice SM he caught while bottom bouncing for eyes.  4.46 lbs.

First trip to Lake O for kings.  He pulled this 22.5 lb beauty.

Haha I foul hooked a few quillbacks there before.  Have never got one to bite though, and they seem to be in the deeper water so it's hard to sight fish(usually fly fishing for me) for them unlike the carp and those big suckers which are always in the shallows where you can see what species you're casting to, which is never quillbacks. 

Wow, I learned another new word, "Quillback".  I never knew what a wiper was until I joined this site. 

CU...that last picture of the QB is where I,ll be the first day of trout. Always catch a bunch there. Hate getting into those and the suckers during that time.

CU...did that 29 in eye come from the upper or lower shenango??
