I received that also. I had made my mind up for $500 I Would be in. At $750 (and even that is not for the full year, extra $200 for summer) it was not worth it. They got what they wanted. Less people, but charge more money and there is less people per foot. Good for some not so for others

If it was Oak Orchard, some form of eminent domain  would have been exercised by now to recover the public access to the publicly created fishery.  In a state like New York, it is not possible that the senator's status has protected him, is it?

Build a wall around the DSR, hire third world workers to act as servants and caretakers, knock down most of Pulaski, erect a casino and a 4 season resort in its place , charge 10,000 a year for admission into the hallowed waters. Bus the workers in from their housing in the slums of 'cuse.  That's how you boost the economy and create winners in the real world. Leave a small percentage of the river open to the public for a more modest fee to make sure stocking was maintained with tax dollars. Did I mention the river wardens in halter tops and fishnets?

Where did U see anything for free in the Empire State, especially under the current Emperor?

Oh, unless you call in from a High Peak trail with your cell phone, then they'll drop 10K on U're rescue, and you don't need a ticket or insurance.
