ok John here's todays report. It was another beautiful morning on the water the fishing not so great we did manage a few channel cats ans a small crappie.,nothing like yesterday though. We launched out of manning and fished near tuttle. 2 other boats out on water both said nothing. I'm sure cooler weather fishing will pick up.

Thanks IceNut, sucks catchin didn't work out so good but it sure sounds like it was a beautiful day to play. Guess the feeshes haven't gotten the memo about the water beginning to cool.

I'm still on schedule, pending the wind, for some fishing this coming Friday. Been so long I been to some of the lakes, I may need to use my map app. to find em.

Tight lines and good times.👍

Fished the south end wednesday. Got a nice mix of crappies, gills, and perch. Finished with 18 total. 8 crappies, 5 perch, and 5 gills. A lot of throwbacks too. Fished deep brush 13 to 17 ft. All plastics. May try minnows next trip up.
Hey Brock, Farrell sports rock.

You're a crappie catchtin' fool Chauncey. Way to go!

Just closed on a new house and work has been unreal lately, so I'm greatful for the reports from you guys that have been out. Hopefully I can join you soon. Keep 'em coming.

Chauncy, thank you for the report and congrats. I "thought" I'd make it on the water yesterday and of course, that didn't happen.

Crappie_Slayer congratulations on your new home. Will there be a house warming party and might beer batter walleye be on the dinner menu along with fries and crappie fritters? Count me in, it'd be OK to just PM my invite...... hello? lol

I too have been in the search for a new adobe (along with a new ATV & back pack for camping) to the point where I'm more mixed up than a left handed plumber with a right handed pipe wrench. Talk about being somewhere between dazed and confused??

Thanks again Ken.

Gotta git, good times and tight lines.

Anybody know what's with the floating markers on the east side of the dam area ? Maybe 8 or so red floating markers just off shore....just curious.

Brock I was through the area a few weeks ago and I saw dogs and their handlers in that area. Looked like some sort of training or gaming program taking place.
