wont need trout stamp if it isnt "approved trout water''.  
 
figure thousands of panfish make it past predators, a trout could too.  maybe not for long.

Seems I predicted something close to that last year in a forum  !

a few trout are caught in the lake most years, historically the little shenango has been the source.
