Not to be a smart a-- but 40 years of fishing the lake helps.Nothing really changes caught eyes 40 years ago off the same gravel and sand bars and points as this year,I fished all last night till 3:00 am today, the bite is going the other way now,it was slow for me 3 keepers 5 short,Chart f-11 Rap with a little glow paint on the belly, tazer and cast, cold night for this old man,my last trip.I'm going to bed good night to all and to all a good night fishing if you go.

With all the good tips and info from the guys on the thread, I headed out last night for my first time. Picked a random point on the south end and decided to give it a try. Landed two walleyes between 7-10. Overall, it was a succesfull trip and planning on heading back in the next couple days. Caught on a firetiger f-11. The three guys next to me landed 3 while I was there. Thanks for the help.

i was hoping to get up pymatuning this weekend. have they got any more boat launches ready? is the causeway closed for construction? thanks in advance. i may as well ask..........i will be with my 71 year old father, and all he ever wants to do is drift, drift, and more drift fishing. we were up a couple weekends ago and did not have much luck. was curious if it has picked up at all.
