I,ve fished it three times and so far 4 smb...next trip 5 suckers...next trip 4 chubs.
I only saw 1 trout caught. Did the high water kill or wash them down into the river?
I tried bh pheasant tails...prince...caddis...streamers...muddlers...wolly,s.all to no avail.
There was a large hatch of grannon on Monday with no surface activity. WTHeck!
A local stream for me so not much gas wasted but guess I will have to travel to get any action.
Just can,t figure what happened to the trout.

thats my home waters and with all the high water all the trout are washed into shenango river or shenango lake i have caught trout in years past all the way down to big bend so they could be any where from greenville to the lake.
