Nice catch, Glad to see the lake is making a come back.

I had a chance to fish pymy a few days ago.  Same reports as just about everyone else: terrific crappie fishing, LOADS of 14 inch walleyes, some jumbo perch, and some catfish mixed in.  Lots of fun.

Last 3 days and well over 75 walleye only 4 keepers tho, one was 26" 5lb 11oz the others were 16-18" and the small ones were 13-14 1/2", definitely reminds me of the early 90's (all were caught mid day, started around 1pm-4pm)...Also a bunch of nice 12"+ crappies don't think we caught one under 12" with most around the 14 range...

We were fishing the south end of the lake from orchard launch to the causeway...

rented a pontoon and took the family fishing 4 the day started off tuddle point got some crappies and small eyes there moved to the rocks by spillway got 25 catfish and some other pan fish moveed over by harris and loaded the cooler we boxed 25 keeper perch 3 eyes and 4 slab crappies threw back 20 eyes all between 13-lite 15 inches havent had a day like that on pymi for acouple yrs now glad to see the eyes making a come back

I hammered the fish today as well. kept 18 real slabs 12 to 14 inches threw back about 20 less then 10 the cats were hitting i got a real monster today what a blast on a n ultralite.!0 walleye all were 141/2 cant seem to get a legal one. in last 3 rips between my wife and myself we probably caught 100 walleyes that were between 13 and 14/3/4 inches!!!!! Its a blast fishing there now!!!!!!!!!!

Took the kayak out this afternoon and got into some nice crappies...kept 10 smallest 12 1/2 and biggest was 17 1/4 and fat too!!!  Also picked up some nice white bass that went home and some cats that went back in...I caught one cat that was 30-31" or so, talk about a blast in the yak...

What kind of set up are most of you guys using to hit the crappies, going up the end of the week for a few days. This will be my first time out on Pymatuning so any help is appreciated. Weather is looking spectacular, can't wait!
