Was fishing this past weekend at Justus Lake at Two Mile Run County park and caught a 11" Smallmouth Bass. I was wondering if anybody else caught many in this lake? I didnt think PFBC stocked smallies in that lake, and I dont think Two Mile Creek is big enough to hold smallies, but I could be wrong.

I've caught some there, about 1 to every 100 largemouths.

Have caught Smallies up to 20" in the spring...

Here is a picture of 1 I got ahold of up there the saturday after good friday. It was day & night difference between friday and sat. Like 20 Degrees if I remember right. I love 2 Mile / Justus lake, it's like 20 minutes from the house and always quite.

Fished it a few times . The one time I stopped and launched the boat only to find that they had speed boat races that weekend. Still managed to catch a few. Planning on hitting it this winter during ice.

Definately some bruiser smallie in there. Like bings mentioned, Spring is the best time to catch them. Fall is ok as well. They school up and love topwaters or jerkbaits in the fall. My largest there is a shade under 4 lbs.
