     This week NASCAR heads to Las Vegas.  Vegas is one of the more difficult tracks because of the changing conditions.  It may be  cloudy, with a chance of rain, dusty, and wind.  It is calling for a 71 degree temp, with overcast skies.  And will the "choice" tire be helpful?
