Why do people have to sit  lawn chairs in elk creek to fish. its on the web cam and looks ridiculous. 

maybe they're disabled?

curious though, why does it bum you out they're sitting? 
are they in your way?

Yea Longrod, who ****ed in your wheaties??? Imagine if you wanted to fish after falling on rocks, but couldn’t stand for long! Maybe a lawn chair would help! I remember that happening to someone recently!

Well, think about it for  minute.  Do you think they are just lazy?  10 years ago I walked up and down the creeks miles a day, and fished 5 or 6 days a week.  Now my back and legs are so bad that if I ever do get down to a creek again, I'll have to use some type of chair.  I haven't fished or golfed in five years.  Search the threads for the Crip.  The guys would get him to the creek in his wheelchair so he could make a few casts.   Why are you just watching from your sofa instead of going out to fish?

It's for old fogies like me.  I can't stand in a creek all day.  I have leukemia and my energy level is not what it used to be.   Like what FiveMilePete said, I used to walk up and down the criks for miles.

hey guys i did not intend to offend anyone. my legs  and back are not the best anymore because of my age . i have fished with disabled friends and i get where they need extra assistance to get to the water. what i saw on line and in person when i fished this past monday were a few fisherman with chairs in the stream, they got  up and ran up the hill to use the nearest tree for relief .they were not disabled and trash floating down the stream from items on their chairs. one of my friends have disabled children that need special assistance to the water. all a am saying some people abuse the water ways and make it difficult for other people to enjoy the stream .
