I'm not sure where the pig pen is, but I remember reading on FB that somewhere up there an owner posts his property for gun season. and then when it's over people can re enter. IMO if the game commission stalked fish for licenses holders to catch then whatever water they're in should be open for use. However, the constitutionalist in me is also screaming about property rights...

I know up above Follys there was a property with a sign that said no fishing during the rifle deer season.  That was many years ago and haven't been up there.  At least he lets you fish the rest of the year.  

Honestly I avoid most of the PA creeks like the plaque, you don't have this issue on the NY side.
