I came across this beat up Creel in a barn ! Yep Barn Find !
Can anybody tell me anything about it ?
Or were I can find out info?

It's so blurry I see a samsquach.

The creel is an inexpensive import from from Asia...Probably 50's or 60's..In perfect condition they might bring 30 to 50 bucks...That one is totaled...value would be pretty much 0...Can't even use it as a decorator piece...I would say put it back in the barn and let the mice finish eating the leather..
