Looks like you are going to get a ton of rain,hope you don't live on a flood plain.My area is going to get  only about 2 inches. And Il'll be driving west away from the storm.

Things changed while I slept- its now a tropical storm and not hitting me directly but the center has moved more towards the Ct   RI border in the Westerly  RI area.
Still gonna be a big rain and wind event here for a day or so.

4pm and so far just  rainy day with small wind. Perhaps more later 
 
Found out what happened though - according to a weather service we got a hurricane because of---wait for it-- CLIMATE CHANGE
 
Dont know what caused all those other hurricanes and big storms in my 74 years but this one was caused by CLIMATE CHANGE

Now its back in central Ct and getting weak  over my Youngest sons house right now bout 40 miles East.
I mean radar shows RIGHT OVER his house.
Then it takes a hard East turn and off to Boston area.

Well my drive to Ohio was tiring because I was in VERY HEAVY rain for a couple hours.wipers could n't keep it clear,not a good time.I was very far from the coast,so I have no idea where that came from.

They have shut down oneida lake it is 3 plus foot higher than it was a week ago. Good news no real rain on weekend, maybe some today

It sucked !!
We got rain, snow and slop here. Downed trees, powerlines and my gazebo was trashed.
A bit farther north and west of me fared worse with snow and damage.

Spring is on the calendar but certainly not here yet

I saw a report about an hour ago saying Binghamton got 14" of snow.  Old man winter doesn't want to go quietly.
