Sounds good, followed by "On Top of Old Smoky", " Down in the Valley", and " Far, Far Away"!

We have less than a foot of snow on the ground here and its melting fast. I worry a bit about water for the summer. In retrospect I CV would of gotten away without plowing the driveway once this year as most snowfalls were less than a foot and followed by warm weather. Do I mind this weather , not really. Who knows what will come in mid February and early March, but it's down hill from here.

At this point I'm with y'all. Winter has spared me of any snow removal besides December.
Its basically been spring mud season around my house. Great for working outdoors but put a crimp in my hardwater things.
Seems like it might chill a little but we are certainly over the hump .
My water tables been good locally. Wet fall helped a bunch.
Yup , time to think spring and no rain dances

Weather is grim down here. Mostly all rain past few days Manhattan south to lake George. Snow ranges from 10" to 22" there north.
My local lakes for ice are toasted, schroon lake is almost knee deep in snow.
Hopefully mud season doesn't last until July or we get a drought in May.
Big plans starting in April so I'm pretty much ready for this " winter " season to end.

Bummer when you come home to 50 degrees in the house and can only stuff 3 chunks wood in the stove.
Spring cleaning soon..
Stay safe from those ice storms folks

I hope the Adirondacks  don't get record snows in March to pay for what we've missed.  Last year  the stretch of the Hudson I fish was unwadable and a pain to kayak  because they unleashed huge amounts of water from Sacandaga .  I can't believe there's been no laker pictures on here!  Did you go at all  for them, HT,? I usually head somewhere different to fish every winter. I thought about Cape Cod overwintering schoolies, the Swift River in Mass, or the  w. Branch of the Delaware, but grey skies for days drain the life out of me.  Oh well, I dropped  25  lbs. so I can make into and out of the Arizona Big Ditch again.  April 4th we drop over the rim for a 50 miler.  Lee's Ferry and Northern NM for fishing  .  Just have to hope for an average end to this winter.
