Sycamores?????

Has anyone else noticed the sycamores in thier area being defoliated this spring and early summer.  I have a huge one down along my creek and it was almost bare at the beginning of june.  It has recovered some since then.  When I started looking around, I have seen hundreds of them around Lawrence county this year that got hammered by some kind of insect (I am assuming).

Anyone got any info?  Or noticed the same thing in thier area?

Looks like it to me, some of the trees here have recovered to the point where you don't notice it, while others still have a long way to go.   Thanks.

Ours in Venango Co were affected also. However most as Muskymaster observed have recovered.
