Mini centerpin

I was thinking I would be king of neat to have a mini centerpin reel( size of a normal flyreel) to use with a smaller rod for fishing small mountain brooks.

SO MANY FISH SO LITTLE TIME.
WHY ARE ALL THE PLACES I HAVE YET 2 FISH SO FAR AWAY?

    Here are a few minis:

    Left is a 3.5" Bryson
Next two are a 3.75" Streamrunner

Ive read that the Bryson has better startup than the streamrunner..

    Bug,

those guys arent in production anymore so youd have to buy a used one which would probably run pretty high. I have heard Shakespeare makes  a couple small centerpins for under 100 bucks. I dont know the quality or anything but may be worth a try.

Thanks 18.  It might be kinda fun to use one for smallies and small trout.  I will do a little searching on the internet and see what I find.

That Bryson looks like it would be a fun little toy to play with.
