Kinzu tail waters?

Wondering if anyone made it to kinzu yet?

    there wasn't anyone there last sunday. it was pretty cold that day. we did see people fishing at Chapman
    we didn't make it up that way on saturday... but the creeks and rivers around the ANF area, like the tionesta, had a lot of people fishing them.
