looking for a cabin getawy

Hello,
I am looking for a nice cabin to rent for a weekend.  It must be in the woods with a trout stream close by.  Also something that my wife would be ok with on the inside.
I am looking for something within about a 3 hour drive of Pgh.  Thanks for the help!

"Come, follow me," Jesus said, "and I will make you fishers of men."

There are a number of them in the Cross Fork, Potter CO area. Check out www.crossfork.com and check some of them out in the links in the center of the home page.  There are some right on Kettle CReek - and Steve Benna at Susquehanna Forest Cabins and Kettle Creek Lodge has some real nice ones along Little Kettle Creek, and right near its confluence with Kettle Creek.

I have a few places I rent out in Treasure Lake, but you would need to drive to fishing.  They also may be too big for your needs.  They can be seen at:

There are some on Kettle and also a few outside of Coudersport. In Coudersport, you can fish the Allegheny and your wife could go shopping in town. Usually there is always something going on there. Plus, the trout fishing on the Allegheny is always good.

There are plenty of cabins in Potter, but if the wife isn't into fishing/hunting/outdoor stuff, there is typically nothing to do, no matter where you are in the county.

Fishing with bait is like swearing in church.
