Replacement Noodle Rod

My buddy broke his noodle rod on the same trip as his son.  He's looking for a rod suited for 2-8 lb test line, 9' or so, in the $75 price range.  Any suggestions?

I have an okuma like these that I have posted a link to.  I have the 10' ml and its a good rod.  I haven't fished it alot but for the money can't hardly be beat.  I would suggest a lighter power then the ml though, i like my rods w some****behind them to hog the fish in.  I actually left this rod and a good shimano reel in erie at godfrey run the beginning of november on the way back from oak orchard and ended up having to buy another one. Hope this helps!

    Actually,

You can get a good rod from FishUSA.  They sponsor this site.  I have bought rods and reels from them and they are very easy to deal with and provide great service.  That is not to say anything bad about Poor Richards.  They are a good establishment as well.
