Definitely steelhead as my favorite fish to catch, followed closely by speckled trout in the Gulf.  For the steelhead, it's the whole experience - big fish on light line & a great fight in the fall and just something very soothing and relaxing about standing in the water all day.  For the specs, the fight is pretty good, but there's about no place I'd rather be than sunrise on a beach.

Guinness or Black & Tan in the fall & winter.  Yuengling is hard to beat for an affordable everyman's beer the rest of the year.

As for beer.... that is a tough one.  Pretty much anything from Sam Adams, Guinness Stout, Lancaster Milk Stout, Golden Monkey, Storm King, Victory Old Horizontal and Rail Bender...

By far it is the walleye. And the beverage to wash it down, gotta be Red Stripe.

Somethin' 'bout a 4" mountain brookie, though.  Mmm Hmm!!!  I thought you didn't like beer?!?!?!?!?

TT your right, I am not a big beer fan nothing beats a Red Stripe on a sunny day

i love trout fishing including steelhead it will always be my number one,so much so that ive totally quit spring gobbler. but catching cats and carp at the spillway in linesville is relaxing in the summer (late july after ive fished out all the local trout)time.the key bait is bread.lol

Yuengling is my beer the colder the better. ive never tried that chesterfield ale but black and tan is good.
