I got me a sweet selection of flies for joining there.  Thanks, guys.  By the way, there's this one box on that map...

Hey, did you get his permission to post that?  That wasn't a public venue you know.

    Skip,

I broke down over the weekend and made myself spin hair. Guess what, all the flies turned out awsome. I think it just frustrated me as a beginner. Its not hard at all. I got those flies tied for that thing ;). Ill prob send them out this weekend. You still want them sent to you?

    Skip,
Our digital camera is the one of the grainiest cameras I have ever seen. It sucks in my opinion. Ill send you a sculpin with the other flies, It will be in the same box.

Ill gladly send you one also. You can pick it up from skip. I plan to mail the flies this weekend as its just not possible during the week. So sometime next week, he will have it for you. He showed you the poppers right? So, I assume your friends and it shouldnt be a problem...right skip?

Thanks, man.  I was playin', but I'll gladly take it.  Yes, we are friends.  I'd like to call you friend, as well.  You'll have to let me know when your next trip to Steelhead Alley is planned for, and if you'd like some company.

Well, I tied you each one just about 5 minutes ago, no big deal. I actually enjoyed it, now that I know how easy spinning hair is. In fact, I got so excited, I ordered about 3 more colors from fishusa last night, would have gotten more colors but they were out of stock. As far as being your friend, of course, I have friends from all walks of life, all over the USA. My next trip up will be next fall. Im bringing my fiance, she turned into quite the flyfisherwomen! Anyhow, Ill be sure to let you all know, maybe a couple of us can get together... i see skip lives on the ES, which is my prefered Erie fishing. Let me know how they work out for you guys. This is my first batch ever, but I can honestly say they look better then 99% of the sculpins I see online. Much more realistic profile... and they have google eyes! I motled the head color with 3 permanent markers(just for reference if you duplicate it).

Jeremy,  e/s works well for me.  And since Skip and I are both married, you'll have nothing to worry about from he and I.  Now, as for the rest of the hoard that roams Erie County, a woman who flyfishes would be difficult to ignore.

For those eyes, do they stay on well?  I've wondered that.  Is a glued on eye as good as a tied-in eye?

I krazy glued them on. We shall see, I anticipate they will hold up well and even if they dont, it should still fish well, most patterns dont call for eyes. I didnt wanna use lead because i dont want it to sink like a rock, unless you want it too.
