No one on Misery Bay at all today.  There's also open water all around the shipping channel.

as I travel the Bayfront Highway everyday & evening, there have been guys out in the channel off of Chestnut everyday, Monday thru tonight, so it must still be quite alright. When we were out there it was least 6 inches, plus a bunch of snow on top. I am sure the snow was melted down but thats about it, still stayed cool, not that warm to melt a few inches.

I walked the dogs down at the marina today.  They both went running out on the ice so I thought I would check it out too.  I was literally able to jump off of the pier onto the ice repeatedly without so much as hearing a crack.  On the other hand I fished there saturday 230 til dark and didnt catch much.

this has been an off ice season for catching perch. I don't know what it is, no one has had a good day of it, very sporadic. One guy was saying he thinks they stayed out in the lake. I haven't a clue..

I ice fished for the last time of the season this morning.  Didn't see anyone on the ice off the city side but us.

Got a few perch and gills.  Ice is about 6" real soft with about 3-4" of water on it.

Slow season, but I was glad to get out considering the beginning of the season.w_w.

If it has fins and gills, I'm there.

Bull Lifter, saw them pics on ice shanty.  Got some slab gills there, that bass you caught looked healthier than bass through the ice in Erie.  Let them crappie grow.

The Lord has blessed us all today... It's just that he has been particularly good to me.

ha those crappies are 9. NONE of them are under that. dont try to just stir ****. sorry i didnt put a ruler to them too. i dont care for crappies that much. the lake i fish doesnt produce crappies as long as i've been fishing it. the best you'll get is a 12 incher and that comes ONE outta 100 or so you'll catch and no the lake isnt over fished.
oh here i found a picture of the crappies up on top of the sink just like the blue gills go ahead and say they are 6 inches now tard face mcgee.
