TRIB REPORT

Does anyone have news on the condition of the tribs?  Lower or Upper.
 
Cabin fever is setting in.

    I crossed upper Elk today and there was still ice around the edges and the larger holes had ice.  The faster sections had flowing water.  The weather reports for the next couple of days is for a warm up with rain on Monday.  We have still have quite a bit of snow on the ground.  If we get a warm up and especially if we get rain, the streams should start to come up and hopefully blow out the ice.  The lower sections of the creeks may take awhile to clear if the ice jams up.
