Fox News, Newsmax, One America News, Gateway Pundit, Mike Lindell, etc.., have been sued for billions for their participation in the 2020 election lies.  Rudy Giuliani, Sydney Powell, Jenna Ellis, and a dozen other Trump attorneys have taken huge financial and/or career damage for their lies.

It will be interesting to see how much support Trump gets for round 2 of his antics

Jerry, I have no problems when folks expose faults
I'm curious though, when  the media, partisan pundits and politicians  were telling us Biden is sharp as a tac, does/did it bother you at all?
(Same question to others if they care to discuss)

If that chit doesn't bother you too, I call that  "hypocrisy"

..L.T.A.

I must not be sharp as a tack, since I struggle to see the connection between my post and your response.  My post was merely stating well known facts, while your post was your opinion of Biden's mental state.  Where is my hypocrisy?

no hypocrisy if you actually believe the media pundits and politicians that told us Joe if fine and sharp.
They couldn't continue that lie after millions of viewers watched the debate

It wouldn't be hypocrisy, it would be denial and/or willfully blind instead

the exception would be the delusional ones that think his debate performance was on purpose so he could drop out and give the dems a better chance of winning.
(I actually know someone ^that^ delusional)

Thoughts on Trumps comments on Liz Cheney today?
 Cool or not?

I think the same people that are now whining about it being taken out of context, and complaining about how the big bad media is being mean to poow widdle twump, would be lining up for a lynching if Kamala Harris said something like this about a Republican.

Speaking of lynching, let’s be real. This is what MAGA is all about:

Bruh acts like the tolerant’s left D level celebrity doesn't pose with a mock severed head of Trump

Trump never has a problem with new material. Him saying he should beat the crap out of the people back stage he has used before but the oral sex to the microphone is a new one.

Watched the first 10 minutes of his rally last night and thought maybe he is practicing to be a stand up comic.

Wish both sides wouldn't have such a high % of ads trashing each other and put out hope for the future. The RNC could put out more on a strong boarder & the Dems could put out something like what The Wall Street Journal did last week > U.S. Economy Again Leads the World.

Haven't really heard either party talk about education this time around. Missed opportunity on both sides?

I’m still undecided whether to vote or not on Tuesday.
Politically, I am a fiscally conservative registered independent.
If I do cast a vote, it will be a vote against Trump rather than a vote for Harris.
It all comes down to what happened on January 6th with the attack on the Police, our Representatives and the vandalizing of our Capitol. We all witnessed it. We saw the carnage. We saw police officers being assaulted with 100+ injured. Donald Trump’s actions and inactions that day were responsible for all of it. Instead of diffusing the situation, he threw fuel on the fire. We all watched and waited for him to do the right thing. He didn’t care that the police and the capitol were being destroyed because it was all being done in his name by his supporters. He was excited and flattered by it all.
Trump still refers to these rioters as patriots. He refers to January 6th as “A Day of Love” and has said that he would pardon those criminals. All of this just doesn’t sit well with me.

It all comes down to what happened on January 6

You are the silent majority that can make this clown go away. I too just can’t grasp how so many look the other way on Jan 6 and so many other red flags. I certainly didn’t vote “for” Harris. I didn’t vote “for” Biden. I voted for Trump to go away. My hope was a sane option on the GOP would rise and make for the future. Hopefully that is the case after this chaos resolves.

I probably wouldn’t bet money on Harris winning Iowa either.

However… that poll has a record of being accurate even when national polling averages were painting a very different picture. If you look up its history you will see why it’s regarded so highly.

And even if that poll is a couple points off, and Trump is really up by, let’s say two points, that’s still pretty bad news for his campaign. He won Iowa by something like 7 or 8 points in 2020 (last selzer poll had him at +8). So if we are in a national environment where he’s only +2 in Iowa, he could be underwater in a lot of the swing states he needs to win. The Trump campaign would want to see this poll at something better than 2020, at least +9 or so.

I still think this election is a toss up tho. But I guarantee the results of this poll are making folks in the Trump campaign very nervous.

we'll agree it will be a very close election nationally.
We'll disagree on their concern of public polls

Their internal polls (his and her's) are more accurate and what they base their strategy on

I took this from a friend:
I owe my Trump-supporting friends an apology. I’ve been critical of the Trump presidency and am still exhausted from the experience. But to be fair President Trump wasn’t that bad, other than:

I’d have no issues with****Cheney meeting his maker via firing squad. How many service members died for the enrichment of that scum.

There are only 5 states that have that option as of today. Supposably more coming in the future.

Sure is a beautiful Autumn day.

I can't handle any of the far left or right shows. I do watch these two for the best info on subjects and non bias. They don't care if they hurt your feelings.

Iowa Selzer poll results are out.

Looking forward to an extremely insightful, objective analysis from FishUSA ‘s intellectual powerhouse, psu_fish.

So you are telling me the lady who dropped out of Iowa before even the caucus happened in 2020, is part of a failed administration, is going to win a state her boss lost in 2020? If so, then it will be a short night on Tuesday. I have my doubts. Remember, follow the actions not the words of a Democrat. They hid her for months, then suddenly she popped up on all the shows and podcasts....when you go from not talking to suddenly begging to be on shows, its not from a position of winning. When you go from a Joyful campaign to calling R's Nazi's you are doing so in desperation.

I already have linked Trump's gains with blacks and Hispanics. Even Rolling Stone mag has Muslim support for Trump. https://www.rollingstone.com/politics/politics-features/trump-muslim-vote-election-michigan-1235150692/

Should pick up a larger share of Jewish vote in 2024, then he did from 2020.

I prefer to look at actual early voting tabulations vs "likely voter" polls, seeing that early voting has been going on for couple weeks now.

R's ahead in early voting in Arizona and Nevada.

https://election.lab.ufl.edu/early-vote/2024-early-voting/2024-general-election-early-vote-nevada/

NC is really close, but R's coming out strong in early voting...will it cancel out tomorrow's vote? We will see
https://election.lab.ufl.edu/early-vote/2024-early-voting/2024-general-election-early-vote-north-carolina/

Dems wont have a 1 million vote lead heading into tomorrow like they did in 2020 with mail-ins. I already voted, so too has the wife, and alot of extended family. I know lots of co workers and friends all waiting for tomorrow as well.
https://election.lab.ufl.edu/early-vote/2024-early-voting/2024-general-election-early-vote-pennsylvania/

Georgia seeing record turnout, but they dont release party data, just age and gender, so females are really early voting in GA...so that prolly helps Harris.

Going to be tight all around.

Spending all day on the water with one dink wiper to show for it, doesn’t help the fact that either of these clowns will be the next president. I guess at this point, they both beat the corpse that is currently in there. One will likely be in that shape within a year though.

Harris and Trump both have rallies in Pittsburgh this evening/night. Harris had to have her event moved from the Point. Not over 'till the Fat Lady sings.

Good Luck to everyone for whoever you vote / voted for. Just hope it is a landslide victory for either candidate. Trump has been complaining for sometime now that it is rigged and all the cheating that is going on. Not a good sign for someone that thinks he is winning. Oh well nothing new.

I voted a couple weeks ago to try & save the tiny bit of democracy we have left in this country.

Long ago when I held office as a democrat was on a certain Congressman's nominating committee-he won and has been in DC for years now.
He very recently came out stating Harris is very strong on crime and border security.
What the hell was I thinking-----
Got out when  the big left lurch occurred

She hasn’t started to sing yet, but I believe I hear her starting to clear her voice.
Whatever the outcome, I just hope the vote tallies don’t take too long to be confirmed and the results are conclusive enough so the results don’t leave any doubts as to who comes out the victor!

How did the person who invented the first clock know what time it was?
