Presque Isle Bay fishing plan

Was planning on fishing Presque Isle Bay on Jan 22nd. I understand there
is a concert on Beach 11. Will this present a problem ?? I'm not familiar
with any other shore fishing areas.

    Fish the pier at the end of Presque Isle or the marina.
