No Arbery trial talk?

Why no discussions on this? As with the case last week, the jury has spoken. Guess you can't hunt, corner and kill someone that is guilty of nothing but jogging while black through a neighborhood. These 3 convicted murders will get life without parole. My guess is Gen Pop. isn't going to be kind. Too bad they couldn't just be chased with trucks then executed by shotgun blast. Save Georgia taxpayers some cash. Jus say'IN...

Why no talk about the guy who drove a SUV through a Christmas parade? I'm not sure what your point is, if justice has been served. You guys are trained to **** about everything.

Yeah. That dude was a scumbag.

Thing is, 2 major trials going on in the country that we had a thread about one already? Heaven forbid we discuss the other one.

I hope you had a nice Turkey Day dear, always good to hear from you.

Not much to talk about.  Jury got it right in both cases.

Darrell Brooks should be strung up in public by his nether region and stoned to death for what he did.  Pure evil.   He should have never been on the street in the first place based on past record and active warrants.  But hey, this is what the left wants, compassion towards the accused....let them ransack stores in broad daylight....all good right?  Disgusting.

The Brooks guy should be afforded a speedy trial , then a first class execution, no argument here. No sympathy for him at all. No one from the left is defending this guy.

I asked about the Georgia case because every hot button topic gets a thread here. These guys took up arms and basically lynched Arbery. He did nothing wrong and that was proven. It also proves that private citizens can not, and should never take the law into their own hands. This was vigilante behavior at its worst. Now if the jury would have acquitted these 3, some of the posters here would be looking for the libby tears and say how this young black man was just a thug that got what he deserved. Correct me if I'm wrong, but I've been around here long enough to be able to read the tea leaves.

There are also some shady circumstances surrounding the Arbery case. This article sums it up pretty well and is very much worth a read.

It’s possible that there wouldn’t even have been a trial if not for public pressure. This case is a perfect example of why the BLM movement exists: because if it didn’t, then these men would have likely never faced consequences for their actions.

Here’s another article with more details about the charges against the prosecutor that tried to bury the case because she had ties to one of the guys that killed Arbery

Yes, let's not forget the only reason this killing even came to light was due to the video being made public. A video that one of these convicted murders shot and posted. Let that sink in. Local authorities didnt even attempt to thoroughly investigate the incident, let alone bring charges against these 3.

I don't have to label anyone. Everyone knows who's who around here by now. My point is these 3 worthless, scumbag southern rednecks murdered a black man and will pay the price. This was as big a case as the one last week. Why is discussion about it frowned upon by you? If the verdict would've went the other way, how many posts after the obligatory " thoughts on the case" thread would there be by now? Literally cheering the decision, with all the usual suspects chiming in. Saying how more red-blooded Merricans should take notice. Calling out how this black got what he deserved, gleefully, with all the 2A worship one could muster. Heck these 3 would be lauded as the new heroes of the cause and the latest guests at Mar-o-lardo. BUT instead, starting this thread was just to label someone. Paaa-leez.
