SKEIN

Is the Steelhead a VHS-susceptible fish? I was wondering if skein from Steelhead can legally be used outside of the Lake Erie watershed.

I don't think it can be used outside Erie waters.

all fish are vhs susceptible.  Im almost 100% sure.  My guess on the skein is no it isn't legal.

All fish, and fish parts ( eggs, skein ), from the lake Erie ( great lakes ) watershed are ILLEGAL for use outside of that watershed.

So this means you can't use eggs you buy in Erie for stockies in another part of the state?  Has anyone found fresh eggs outside of Erie?
