    They're pretty neat.

I've never seen an albino.  Seen lots of white ones.  Had one about 40 yards about a decade ago.

Dad almost stepped on an albino in the snow years ago.  Saw the pink nose and stopped.  It opened its eyes, got up, and walked away.

I was going to shoot the white one I had close but it wasn't quite close enough.  Not sure if I could shoot an albino.

cool, not sure that the fact that it is lying on someone's living room floor before going to the zoo is a good thing or not.  But cool pic.

for those who were asking about the meat. i shot an albino back in 2004 in ANF. The meat was as good as any other deer I have eaten from PA.

You have to remember... SK wouldn't be shooting it for the meat anyway.

No, I was going to shoot it for the buttons on its head.  Screw the white hide.

Back in the early 90's there was an albino buck not too far from home. There were several real nice bucks about the same distance in the opposite direction. After much scouting and thought, I decided to devote my entire archery season to killing the albino rather than chasing the good bucks. In four weeks of hunting every morning and evening I saw the small buck four times but never in a good shooting situation. In the same four weeks my wife saw him five times on the way back and fourth to town. He walked up to a neighbor girl the first morning of rifle season. It took me to the end of rifle to salvage my season with a small eight. Much smaller than the ones I could have been chasing all archery. Never again.

Had a few albino does in my area this year.  Finally had one figgured out at the end of muzzleloader and couldn't get out to get her.
