Shenango hybrids

Going to take a trip up to Shenango hopefully next weekend and I'd really like to get on some big hybrids. Problem is I do not know where to go. I will be shore fishing and I know there's spots along the river to catch em but really need some hints. If anybody is willing to share some info here or in PM I'd really appreciate it, I don't want to make the 2 hour trip up and get skunked

The charm of fishing is that it is the pursuit of what is elusive but attainable, a perpetual series of occasions for hope.

Fish any boat launch ramp in early morning before boats get there with big twistertails on 1/8 oz jighead. Be courteous and move when any boat starts to launch. Early evening is also good. Fishing from the docks is illegal and will get you a fine without warning. Stay off the docks. Take everything out that you bring in. Park officials are watching for this. Good luck.
