NASCAR Picks of the Week - Kansas

Gentlemen,
This week the monsters head for Kansas.  And with the weather they have been having out there, they could be racing on tuesday, racing boats, or facing a green track with a lot of dust.
This is Clint Bowyer's favorite track so he has a big incentive here.  Jimmy Johnson needs a good showing, And there are some drivers who may drop out of the Top 12 this week.

This is a Saturday Night Race!

Here's Your Top 12:

1.  Kyle Busch                                                              7.  Chase Elliott

    Gentlemen,
IMO  That was the best race of the year.  Lots of passing, great pit strategy, And an overtime that rocked.  I didn't like Jones blocking on Bowyer, but that's racing.  We had one person come closest to picking the winner.  That was me (Indsguiz) picking:  Clint Bowyer.  We had two people pick the actual best long shot.  They were Wood Nickle and Hendey Lathe.  They both picked Alex Bowman.  And we had two people come closest to picking the 1st Out.  They were:  Dano and Hendey Lathe  Both picking: Timmy Hill.
Andddd we had one person who picked a Long Shot out of the Top 12 - Ouch!
This new points system makes scoring a bit odd, especially with the 1st outs.  You can have somebody win two stages, get 20 points, crash, and be 1st Out with 20.  And then you can have a regular, score three points and finish in 32d, and be nowhere near 1st Out.
And congratulations go out to this week's best picker and NASCAR God of the week:  Wood Nickle with a great 83 points.  Congratulations! .
         Here's how we scored:

    1.  Wood Nickle: **************************************  83
    2.  Dano ********************************************  78
    3.  Timachro ****************************************  77
    4.  Indsguiz ****************************************  72
    5.  Hendey Lathe ***********************************  58
    6.  Fishin' Coyote **********************************  51
    7.  Bigfoot ***************************************  37
    8.  Bloody Hand **********************************  1  Long Shot

Congratulations again to Wood Nickle  And Thank You for Playing
