Conneautee Creek???

I see that conneutee ck that runs through edinboro is supposed to be stocked april 3rd.  Does anyone know if it is allowed to fish from there till the trout opener, just not being able to keep fish?  Or is the creek closed for those 2 weeks before trout?  Thanks

The Lord has blessed us all today... It's just that he has been particularly good to me.
