medical marajuana warning

Anyone thinking of applying for a medical card BE WARNED THAT ALTHOUGH PENNA. O.K.ED  MED.MARAJUANA  FED. LAW PROHIBITS ANY ONE WITH A CARD FROM BUYING OR CARRYING A FIREARM. There was no warning about this on the form that I filled out when buying the I.D.  card. I wouldn't have bought 1 If I knew this, even with the pain that I live with. sam

    Yes you are still breaking federal law just by having marijuana, medical or not. When PA started their medical program you were put in a database that would not allow you to purchase a firearm. Now they have changed that and PA medical users can still purchase and carry firearms.

    So in PA you will not be flagged but ultimately still breaking a federal law that is not enforced. I personally still choose my health and well being over an outdated federal law. I need to not have pain so I can enjoy my firearms and the great outdoors.

    pretty sure you aren't allowed to own a firearm for life once you get medical marajuana card it's a federal law ( nation wide )
