Ice is a coming !

Took a ride to Lake Arthur yesterday,about a 1.5" should be at least 2" today. Talked to a park guy and he said someone was on the ice yesterday. Don't know why those guys like to push things 4" has always been my standards. Stopped at Con Yeager and picked up 5 lbs high temp cheddar cheese and some collagen casings. I'm ready to use up some deer burger,snack sticks on the ice are always a crowd pleaser. Going to make some deer baloney with cheese in it.  Hey I don't know about Erie ice? That snow storm was ridiculous. If your on the ice stop by and have some snack sticks or baloney. lol We should be go next week.

    Hey, Tuna...been wanting to try making some snack sticks.  Would you be willing to share your recipe/method for making them, or is it Top Secret?
