Lake Erie Commercial Trap Net Locations Released

In conjunction with the Erie Commercial Trap Licensees, the PA Fish and Boat Commission has released the locations of commercial trap nets in Lake Erie. This is a temporary trial venture in hopes of reducing recreational angler conflicts with the commercial trap net gear. A map with locations and a new informational brochure about commercial trap netting can be found on the Lake Erie page of the Commission’s website.
