Just wanted to say hi.I just joined and live in Hagerstown MD and like to fish for bass,trout,panfish,and what ever bites.I just started fishing in Pa and was wonder if anyone could recommend any good trout waters in south central Pa.

Anywhere in the Cumberland Valley (Yellow Breeches, Big Spring, LeTort) - although the last two can be tough. They are a straight shot up I-81 towards Carlisle.

If you are itching, all three streams can be fished year round. Breeches is a limestone-like freestone (for lack of a better description) and the other two are your typical spring creeks. Fish the LeTort before the grasses "bloom"

Welcome to the board guys. I can tell you the Letort & Big Spring are fabled waters. They stock the Yellow Breeches heavily. Please practice C&R on the Letort. It's not stocked & fights for survival on a daily basis. It is a constant struggle to keep her going.
