The Beginning

In the beginning...Found this photo in an old box of pictures my mother gave me. It seems to be my first picture with a fish. This had to be in 1968 or 1969. I was 9 years old with a Brook Trout from the small creek that run through the family farm.
 
Sure was simpler times then. Zebco 202, glass rod, can of worms, and some of the most beautiful fish in the world. Native Brookies. Must be what lit the fire for a lifetime of enjoyment...Now that is priceless...
