My buddy drove around the peninsula today and he said there wasn't anyone at the head of the bay and there was open water with ducks flying in at the 4th parking lot and between the 4th & 5th. I forgot if he also said the 3rd as well. But my cousin told me since he works down along the bayfront, that there were 2 huts between Bay harbor marina and chestnut street, so some brave souls went out. not sure the thickness though. Hopefully by Saturday there will be.
