Pgh boat show

The Pittsburgh boat show is coming up next weekend. Why is it not very popular?  It seems to me that the city of Pittsburgh and Allegheny County are missing an ideal oppertunity to get more cash flow going. With the 3 rivers it would seem that they should have more river access for boaters. We should have one of the best boat shows in the east, but we do not.  What is everyone else's opinion on this subject?( I just needed to rant a little on this)

    $12-$15 To park and what is it to get in another $12-$15?
    If you are looking for fishing boats go to The Outdoor Show at the Expo Mart in Monroeville

    Buffalo Boat Show at the Hamburg Fair Grounds is $5 to get in with FREE PARKING

    Anything at the Convention Center is an overpriced rip off-So glad I help pay for it!

    I went to the cleveland boat show that a big show. You can walk for hours.

    After going to the Cleveland show I'll never go to that one in Pitt.again. SIMPLY AMAZING.

    Isn't it amazing that the county that is second in the nation only to Dade county (Miami) in boat registrations, can't even organize a decent show..... 

    Better too far back, than too far forward.

    Yeah, you would think that they could at least publisize the show better.  It even gets second billing to Pirate fest!!!! Whats up with that?
